General website and booking-request terms for Tourismo, Tourist Moments NZ, and Tourismo Rentals.

Booking requests are not automatic confirmation
Submitting the booking form starts email verification. A tour, rental, transfer, or chauffeured-service request is created for review only after the one-time email code is successfully verified. A booking is confirmed only after Tourismo has accepted the arrangements and communicated confirmation to you.
Availability
Tour and vehicle availability can change. Tourismo may suggest a different date, time, vehicle, itinerary, or external transport arrangement when the originally requested option is not available.
Pricing and payment
Prices displayed on the website may be starting, daily, per-person, or indicative rates depending on the service. The final price, payment requirements, and any inclusions or exclusions are confirmed by Tourismo before the booking is treated as confirmed.
Tour and transport arrangements
Travel times can be affected by weather, traffic, road conditions, seasonal conditions, closures, and other circumstances outside Tourismo's control. Tourismo may adjust routes, timing, pickup arrangements, or operational schedules when reasonably necessary for safety or service delivery.
Changes and cancellations
Any customer-requested change, Tourismo-approved reschedule, cancellation condition, refund, or credit arrangement will be handled according to the specific booking arrangements communicated for that service.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate contact, passenger, pickup, travel, and booking information and should promptly advise Tourismo of material changes that could affect the service.
Website content
Images, descriptions, routes, travel times, features, and prices are presented to help customers understand available services. They may be updated as Tourismo's offerings and fleet change.
